Café Mori hat 2010 in Berlin-Kreuzberg sich zum Ziel gesetzt, brasilianische Kultur, brasilianisches Essen, brasilianische Musik für alle Berliner zugänglich zu machen.  Täglich servieren wir brasilianisches Essen mit überwiegend brasilianischen und südamerikanischen Zutaten: brasilianischer Kaffee der Marke MOEMA, mit 70% Arabica-Kaffebohnen aus São Paulo und 30% Robustabohnen aus Bahia, Feijoada, der berühmte brasilianische schwarzer Bohneneintopf, welcher mit hausgemachtem, gewürztem Maniokmehl (Farofa) serviert wird. , Feijao Marrom vegano, die neu-brasilianische Küche hat ein Bewusstsein für vegetarische und vegane Gerichte entwickelt.  Unsere Speisekarte beinhaltet zudem teilweise glutenfreie, laktosefreie und vegane Gerichte., Açaí na tigela - Açaí Bowl  -  Unser hausgemachtes Açaí-Sorbet darf in einer brasilianischen botequim (Bar) nicht fehlen., über ein Duzend brasilianische Früchte in Form von Fruchtmark, um Smoothies, Shakes, Lassies, Vitaminas daraus zu kreieren., Wir sammeln und halten stets Ausschau nach brasilianischen Zuckerrohrschnäpsen. Cachaça oder umgangssprachlich Pinga genannt ist die Basis der Caipirinha, einem Cocktail der traditionell mit Limette zubereitet wird. Wir machen zudem Maracuja-Caipirinha. Vielleicht machen wir die beste Caipirinha der Stadt!, Alle paar Wochen veranstalten wir brasilianische kulturelle Events bei uns im Café Mori.
